01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bqji at bqji.app, creating an account, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and bqji. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use bqji.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bqji services, including the website, any mobile-optimised version of the platform, and any future bqji applications. They apply to all account holders regardless of how they access bqji.

02 Eligibility

To register and play at bqji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing bqji from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from bqji.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bqji employee.

bqji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be held by ineligible players will be closed and any funds held pending review. bqji takes no responsibility for losses incurred by players who misrepresent their eligibility.

03 Account Registration

When you register at bqji, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• Each person may hold only one bqji account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify bqji immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bqji is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to keep credentials secure.
• Account details including name and date of birth cannot be changed after verification without contacting bqji support and providing documentation.

04 Deposits and Payments

bqji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bqji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any deposit identified as coming from a third party will be returned and the associated account reviewed.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the bqji deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• bqji does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside bqji's control.
• Deposits are credited to your bqji account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact bqji support with your transaction reference number.
• bqji reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that cannot be verified or that are associated with fraudulent activity.

All transactions at bqji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bqji does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or payments in foreign currencies at this time.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. bqji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours during business hours. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• bqji does not charge withdrawal fees. Payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
• bqji reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if there is an active investigation into the account.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

bqji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the promotion page as well as the general bonus terms set out here. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• All bonuses at bqji are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated before you opt in.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance. Winnings generated from bonus play are credited to your bonus balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• bqji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to remove bonus funds from accounts where abuse is suspected.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used before the expiry date will be removed from your account.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are stated on the bonus terms page.

07 Gameplay and Betting

All games available at bqji use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by bqji, by your bet size, or by your account history. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Bets placed and accepted by bqji are final. bqji will not reverse a bet once it has been accepted and the game round has begun.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, bqji will resolve the round based on the game provider's rules. If a round cannot be resolved, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• bqji is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. Game rules are available within each game.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on bqji's server, the server record is the authoritative result.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bqji. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using bqji for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to interact with bqji.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or any other game format.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks).
• Accessing bqji on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

bqji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account suspension include suspected fraud, violation of these terms, failure to complete identity verification, or a request from the account holder. bqji will communicate the reason for suspension where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

• If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to deposit, play, or withdraw during the suspension period.
• If an investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.
• If a violation is confirmed, bqji may close the account permanently and forfeit some or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the violation.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting bqji support. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment account after any outstanding wagering requirements are resolved.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

bqji provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While bqji makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, bqji does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions outside bqji's reasonable control.

• bqji is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including decisions made based on a misunderstanding of game rules or bonus terms.
• bqji is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to keep their credentials secure.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome, bqji's liability is limited to returning the player's stake for the affected round.
• bqji's total liability to any player in any given month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during that month.

13 Changes to These Terms

bqji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bqji will notify registered players via email or through an on-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of bqji after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using bqji and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
